1. As an express conditioner (high and medium porosity): apply to clean, damp hair. Leave on for 60 seconds, then rinse with cool water. Use me after each wash.

2. As a regenerating mask (any porosity): apply to clean, damp hair. Leave for 5 minutes, then rinse with cool water. Use it once a week.

3. To emulsify the oil (any porosity): after oiling your hair, rinse it with warm water. Then apply it to your hair, massage and leave for 60 seconds, rinse and shampoo the scalp.

4. O-M-O (high and medium porosity) care: wet the hair and distribute me along its entire length, leave for 60 seconds. Then rinse your hair and shampoo. Reapply me, brush it into your hair and rinse after 3 minutes. Use it once a week.
