Inka gluten-free grain coffee is a product made from barley and rye grains. In the production process, gluten, as a water-insoluble part of the grain, is separated and removed from the product. The product is always checked and has the symbol of a crossed ear, which is assigned by the European Licensing System. This program is run by the European Association of Celiac Disease Associations. Products with this symbol do not contain more than 20 ppm of gluten (0.02%), which is confirmed by tests in an accredited laboratory. Grain coffee contains B vitamins and minerals: potassium, phosphorus, magnesium. B vitamins support the functioning of the nervous and immune systems and are important for the appearance of skin and hair. Grain coffee also delights with its taste when combined with ice cream, cinnamon, ginger, and honey.
